If I have to read another article telling me that scrimping and saving is my way to financial freedom, I’m going to scream. Yes, saving the $5/day latte habit is going to save me $35 a week, but what if that $5 latte enables me to sit down and come up with a brilliant plan that helps me earn thousands of dollars? Wasn’t that cup of coffee worth it?
As women, the main financial messaging we get revolves around scrimping and saving in order to find financial freedom. I’m gonna call bullshit on that. Yep, strong language.
